| Description | The aim monograph Insolvency law in theory and practice, in particular, to introduce readers to the issue of insolvency proceedings, both in theoretical and practical level. Publications primarily familiar with the process of insolvency and its various institutes in the light of the current practice of interpretation. The work discusses in some detail the question of the debtor's bankruptcy and possible ways of its solution according to the current legislation. Much attention is also paid to individual entities insolvency proceedings, focusing on the implementation of the rights of creditors. A separate part of the thesis also deals with the very topical issue of conflicts of insolvency proceedings and other proceedings. |
