| Description | The contribution presents a project implemented at present in the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Vocational Education, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, whereby its innovation of subject Laboratory of Biochemistry being. The project presents the complex innovation labs focusing on biologically active substances for human health and focusing on the substances with which it comes into contact with a person in real life (nitrates, chlorides, ammonium ions and metal ions). This is the introduction of practical tasks and equipment for potentiometric determination of ions having an effect on human health and environmental impacts using ion-selective electrodes. |
