| Description | Within the present technical solution, there is provided a recombinant hybrid envelope protein for lentiviral vector production in vitro. This envelope protein is composed from extracellular and transmembrane domain of Mokola virus coat protein and from intracellular domain of envelope protein of vesicular stomatitis virus. The hybrid envelope protein allows selective specific infection of astrocyte after virus injection into brain tissue in vivo. |
