| Description | Need for manpower for the uranium industry after the WW II was solved by recruitment of civil workers, but also by the work of tens of thousands of prisoners concentrated in labor prison camps. With the closure of uranium mining these prison camps have been disposed. This article is dedicated to the research of quality if life of men in this prison camps in the Jáchymov. Archival materials were used in research. |
