| Description | The contribution deals with the constitutional developments of Slovenia since 1944, when Slovenia was formally established. In the beginning of this paper are indicated phases of the constitutional development which had been influenced up to 1991 by the Slovenian membership in Yugoslavia. The outline of the constitutional development is presented by the main constitutional institutions. There are clearly mentioned Slovenian constitutions since 1947 and then I cope with a topic of the head of state, government, parliament and the judiciary system in Slovenia. Also a historical development of these institutions is analyzed in my article. |
