| Description | This lecture book discusses basic legal problems of the European Union law in the area of financial services providing and in the area of financial market. It mentions the Czech specifics along with the European Union regulation. It answers the following questions: Which requirements has to be met during concluding financial services contracts concluding on the internet? Which other duties are required for the service providers? It starts with the discussion on classic methods of contracts concluding, analyzes the regulation of services providing on the European Union internal market and focuses on specifics of concluding and providing the financial services using the internet and other similar technologies.
