| Description | It was found by means of a questionnaire survey that food chemistry and environmental protection including water chemistry belong to the most desired chemical problems among respondents with completed secondary education. The article describes how we took this fact into account when adjusting syllabi of laboratory training in biochemistry and laboratory training in physical chemistry and preparring new laboratory exercises focused on food and water analysis. |
