| Description | Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry combined with laser ablation (LA-ICP-MS) represents the analytical method enabling analysis of solid materials and study of elemental distribution within the sample. The contribution is focused on explanation of fundamental principles of laser ablation ICP-MS. The application part deals with utilization of LA-ICP-MS technique for analysis of kidney stones, geological and biological samples. |
