| Description | After the performance of the post-modern era, the text focuses on the contemporary issues of the social conflict, consisting in the unequal distribution of power and wealth. The situation leads to an increase in social deviant behaviour. The author concerns then the white collar crime. Nowadays, as the borders between legal and illegal and between dirty and clean money are disappearing, it is very difficult to set general rules. Improvement of community’s political culture and accepting own responsibility for oneself and for the environment with the stress on creating civil society may lead to the successful crime control. |
