Description *Functional specimen was manufactured by verifying properties. Methods and apparatus for assessing dispersion of the fibrous reinforcement in cementitious composites assesses the extent of occurrence of lumps and thereby determining uniformity of segregation ( dispersion ) of the fibers in the composite , it is important for assessing the quality of the composite material .Options assessment of clusters and assessment of occurrence of fibers in a cement matrix composites are limited.It assessed the presence of fibers on the fracture assessment and distribution within the investigated sample - the homogeneity of segregation . To obtain a representative set of samples fault device is proposed where the sample was broken in a defined manner on fractions equivalent size.Use of a gear crimping attachment - it is a two jaw tooth lock which when depressed infer mechanical stress on the thin layer of material at locations defined tooth pitch . Pressure effects will be breaking material on the longitudinal fractions of uniform width. These may subsequently be placed in the molding extension transversely (ie about 90 degrees relative to the initial position in the previous step ) and further compressing fractions are formed approximately square in shape with approximately the same size.
