Description *Its a manufacturing process. Device consists of the bin stored in fiber drums or coils and unwinding mechanism associated with a coating unit and the cutter head. How to unwind the fiber is secured drive which is connected to the cutting head to an equitable unwinding and simultaneously cutting the fibers in the machine head. In this process, the fiber passes through a plasma unwinding unit where hydrophilize fibers then pass through a coating unit, wherein the hydrophilic treatment is stabilized, or the fibers are exposed to about 4 times longer to crosslink the surface. After this treatment, the fibers are cut up and transported to the wrapper where there is packing them in plastic bags or are stored in PVC bags to prevent evaporation of the hydrophilic lubricant.
