Description Knowledge of metabolic activity during physical exertion is a defining characteristic in terms of construction and planning of the whole range of musculoskeletal load for its effectiveness and efficiency. By non-sportsmen is this knowledge needy, because it is a key factor in recommending suitable physical activity for health improve overall and prevents the creation of inappropriate movement habits that could be threat or be more or less effective in achieving the goals. Indeed the mode of exercise is an important consideration for burning fats (2). Of the total number of 70 probands we want establish by randomization two research groups, each of 35 probands, women aged 30 to 33 years. During 3 months test period, we apply a different form of physical activity. Exercise intervention involve cardiovascular and strength training (1). Before and after the test period we do laboratory testing - analysis of metabolic equivalent, heart rate reserve, heart rate, respiratory quotient and respiratory exchange ratio, which are indicators for the selection of optimal musculoskeletal load by non - sport general population.
