| Description | The Code of Administrative Justice is not only important for the organization and functioning of the administrative justice, but also represents one of the cornerstones of the democratic legal state and an essential part of the patchwork of protection of rights and the control of public authorities. Publications deals with the new Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and points out the major amendment to the Administrative Procedure Code, by Act No. 303/2011 Coll., Which came into effect on 1 1 2012. Occurred lapse of time already allows its evaluation. Of course, that commentary approximates the actual practice of administrative courts, which is still evolving and whose knowledge is a good understanding of administrative justice and the protection it provided essential. Many institutes in the Code of Administrative Justice existing jurisprudence has interpreted and applied differently than how it could be seen from the text itself, or differently, than was customary. |
