Description In criminal proceedings anything that may contribute to clarify the matter in considered as a evidence. Means of evidence are defined by law but may be supplemented by others less used. On of the evidence started in the Criminal Procedure Code is an expert opinion. In the current post is the attention devoted to the issue of the expert investigation in criminal proceedings in the Czech republic particularly inheritance cases. Through an inheritance there are often procured written wills. Their authenticity is challenged by the bereaved and then you must with an front expert make a review whether the signature of will is authentic whether the document actually drawn up respectively signed up the person deceased.
