Description | Please note the possible nuances between the urban and rural environment, or better between physical and mental work. Lack of movement suffers mainly people who perform physically no-load professions, children and youth. Working in the garden is indeed a natural fitness, but is only seasonal and irregular. When we talk about physical activity, we have mainly referring to her everyday life, just so she can show on improved health, body weight and the quality of the musculoskeletal system. If we follow the research status of physical activity in the Czech Republic, we have thus far met with studies that track the differences in the incidence of overweight and obesity in children youth and adults in rural and urban areas or by job. The results of such targeted studies would facilitate the selection of an appropriate occupational, educational and therapeutic method. Must be evaluated positively focused general awareness of the causes leading to obesity and health problems stemming from a lack of movement and appreciate researchers seeking such forms of physical activities that are not only effective, but also accessible to all. |
