| Description | The contribution presents legislative technique in the process of creating normative administrative acts. Introduction explains the concept of "legislative technique" and "normative administrative act”. Subsequent section mentions basic features of each provision of the acts, which are universality, binding effect, regulative effect and enforceability. Another section is devoted to demand for clarity, consistency and systematism of the proposals. Description of creating headlines and introductory sentences of the acts are more detailed. Especially, formation of a text with regard to the use of the special terminology of legal language and grammatical rules is discussed. There are some specific elements in the creation of the acts, in particular it is explained how to use footnotes, references and legislative shortcuts. Conclusion includes the formulation of transitional and final provisions, as well as provisions of effectiveness of the acts. |
