Description Currently, a growing proportion of the elderly population (post-war baby-boom) and stagnant (or very slowly increasing) the younger generation. In 2050, the expected proportion of the older generation 65+ in the Czech Republic 33%. It is desirable to old age individuals entered with a minimum manifested disease, in good condition and with preserved self-sufficiency (Matějovská Kubešová, 2014). Since the late 20th century, there is the concept of successful aging and healthy aging, which is based on the belief that human life is at present can only extend, but in old age also functionally improve so. "Add life to years, not years to life" (Kalvach et al ., 2004). One possible solution is early prevention of aging syndrome. It is the prevention of metabolic syndrome, atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, sarcopenia, incontinence, depression and dementia. The ideal is to start with this prevention in childhood, because eg. Prevention of osteoporosis starts around the 10th year of age and peak bone mass is achieved in 30 years. Likewise, it was found that the first signs of atherosclerosis already present in children who fail a healthy lifestyle.
