Description As part of prevetive measures related to a high blood pressure it is recommendet to reduce the intake of sodium to 2g/day- about 5 g salt. In order to achieve these values an individual active approach to reduce the amount of salt used in the preparation and consumption of food is simply not enough. A pressure on the food producers leading to a gradual reduction of salt in products is also necessary.
