| Description | The purpouse of this brief paper is to summarize the key moments of the Svensson decision and establish it among other current decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The means used to achieve this are a critical analysis of this decision in the context of other decisions dealing with similar issues as well as a short introduction to decisions from other jurisdictions. Finally, the impact on the reasoning in a past yet well-known and important case of “Liberec pirate” is discussed. |
