| Description | A basic terminology of molecular biology concerning the theme is presented in a publication. A principle of using of antisense (anticoding) oligonucleotide probes and their practical applications is described. An oligonucleotide and polynucleotide technetium-99m labelling chemistry is shortly described and also issues concerning a transport of labelled products to targets and improvement of targeting by various accesses - a drug formulation, a pharmacochemistry, a molecular derivatization, using of aptamers - oligonucleotide or peptide molecules binding to a specific target molecule. |
