| Description | Ability to “count a test” using Item Response Theory, to apply Computer Adaptive Testing or construct Structure Equating Model is great. On the other hand, it is always just the partial means to improve one particular test or test situation. Yet it is not common in our country and the problems of testing and assessment in Czech Republic are deeper. The paper therefor focuses on selected key deficiencies in the Czech psychological and didactic testing. |
