| Description | This contribution deals problem of the participation of physical person on the criminal and noncriminal act of legal person, from the point of view of responsibility of both persons. Solution of the basic and derived cases is grounded on the principles of criminal responsibility of physical persons used supporting for legal persons like perpetrators of crimes or noncriminal acts, inclusive of a new kinds of confluences (concurrences) of crimes, permissible, or impossible. |
