| Description | Regional Counsel of corresponding region for cohesion is legal person. As a legal person in sense Sec. 1 Subsec. 1 of law No. 418/2011 Sb. and Sec.16 Subsec. 1, 2 of support regional development law, during the output of public power is not criminal responsible, in view of the fact to the sec.6 subsec. 1 let. b) of Law No. 418/2011 Sb. Regional Counsel as a organ of region, resp. authority of territorial self-governing community, on the level of the district, just as nor Office as her authority, cannot be self-governing community oneself, as a subject to output of public power, on that account are criminal non responsible. |
