| Description | The paper deals with the protection of employees as a concept deriving from the civil protection of the weaker party, from the protective function of labour law and from the public interest manifesting in the labour law. The example of the principle of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination are then these different notions of employee illustrated. It can be said that a clear differentiation of private and public law protection of employees is problematic. |
