Description The Book summarizes and explains basic analytic economic methods and specific tests used by competition authorities to assess level (intensity) and dangers or restrictions of competition in the market as evidence for their decisions. It contains critical overview of various methods and tests basic presumptions and also of their advantages and risks in confrontation with practical use in the ČR, EU and USA. The book is focused foremost on analysis of development and importance of various economic methods and tests used in main different areas of competition law. Emphasis is on description of economic methods and tests themselves and their practical use in competition cases.
