| Description | The goal is to develop good exercise habits to teach squash, badminton and tennis, a stroke and improve the basic concept for a game. The course focuses on training individuals in the gaming activities of a number of methodological sequence. Student after completion of the course is able to navigate in these physical activities. Familiar with other forms of sports games, an understanding of the training activities of an individual game, understands the nature of learning proper movement habits in the classroom, can recognize a stroke and a basic concept for the game. |
