| Description | The course focuses on training and warm-up activities of the individual offensive game in succession methodical series (shooting, release of the player without the ball, release the player with the ball on the spot and on the move, pass, rebound) and the basic defense activities of the individual (basic defensive posture and movement, defense skills player without the ball, defense skills player with the ball, rebound, activity defenders outnumbered the attackers) .Student after completion of the education unit able to control the basketball ball, he can apply for suitable warm up, knows the offensive game activities in a sequence of methodical series, they can choose the right defense solutions to specific game situations, has an overview of the basic game combined (give and go) and power-understand the nature of the situation. |
