Description The conducted research revealed several interesting facts. The results confirmed that the children attending B-fresh Dance Studio consume the right number of meals during a day, which is in correspondence with good nutrition. The results of their drink consumption are also within standard as they show that most of the children drink 1–2 l of liquid daily. A problem which remains is the fact that a high percentage of the children (25 %) prefer sweetened mineral water, which does not agree with a child’s organism – there is the threat of tooth decay and the danger of obesity. Another alarming fact is that nearly a half of the children at their early age already have some experience with alcohol (45 % of the children declare so); on the other hand, it is positive that only 2 girls out of the entire sample have experience with cigarettes. Some results were quite surprising, like for example the high percentage of girls (32 % of girls) had experience with some kind of diet.
