| Description | The article contains summary statistics on the decision-making of the disciplinary panel at the Supreme Administrative Court as a Disciplinary court, which decides on matters of public prosecutors. These statistics are further discussed analytically, especially when it mapped and described what conduct disciplinary court found as a criminal offense, disciplinary offense. Within the text is also incorporated specific casuistic excursion in typical but also atypical cases, that disciplinary panel during the past five years on. |
