| Description | This paper analyses selected legal problems of Flood Plain Areas in the Czech Republic. The Public Defender of Rights was concerned with these problems in 2012 and 2013. The part focuses on determining of Flood Plain Areas and locating buildings in these areas. Then the compensation for affected land owners is discussed. |
