| Description | Business and corporate law is not in the doctrine of Czech business law topics that would be discussed extensively and which has frequently appeared in the literature. The following text is therefore seeks to highlight the importance of enterprise and corporate law, as targets to find links for exploring and bridging the areas to which attention was paid only sporadically. Publications allows you to compare regulation with the Czech and Slovak German. The authors would like to help their classification to show how the development and current legal situation in the state, which retained the original name of business regulation, and also in contrast to the modern control indicate what ways is a step in the right company based on long-standing historical tradition. The final chapter confronts companies with trade adjustment regulation of unfair competition. |
