| Description | Presented contribution deals with an institute of protective rehabilitation as one of the possibilities of “punishing” children under the age of criminal responsibility for committing an act that otherwise meets the elements of the crime. Primarily, it will introduce specific legal presumptions for imposing the measure at question to criminally irresponsible juvenile, and consequently, it will focus on chosen aspects of the enforcement of protective rehabilitation in competent educative institutions including an evaluation of its present situation within a legal as well as penological point of view. |
