| Description | The work focuses on the sum of basal methods for devices that display various ocular tissues, structures and their properties. Particular characteristics are represented by an overview of biochemical and biophysical parameters which are necessary to the selected method meet all requirements those are so placed on the valid display structures and tissues examined. Then is presented instrumentation representation themselves, comparisons and differences between individual representatives, it is also included issues of new technologies that are selected for superior imaging and evaluation. For each of the representatives are then given principles, methodology, procedure of examination and evaluation of the captured image is complemented with examples of images with descriptions. The contribution of this work is a clear separation of physical and technical principles that can serve as educational material for students of medical and nonmedical disciplines. |
