Description In this thesis I studied quartz veins with amethyst at three deposites, which showed some similarities. The goal was to understand the genetic character of fluids and for that end, a measurement of fluid inclusions from two chosen deposites was the most helpful. Data from primary inclusions showed not only thermal conditions of original hydrothermal fluids from which amethysts were created. Values of the data from both places were very similar. The homogenization two-phased inclusions ranged from 145 to 215 °C at the first deposite (Květnice) and from 88,8 to 193 °C at the second deposite (Bochovice). The results of salinity of the fluids ranged from 0,3 to 1,9 (Květnice) and from 0,3 to 1,5 (Bochovice). These values indicate that quartz veins from the observed places were formed from low-thermal and low-saline solutions and there weren´t any indications to any high-thermal transformation.
