| Description | The article deals with the reinforcement of public-law aspects in legislation labour relationships in public administration. The main attention is focused on a critical comparison of previous and current legislation, which took effect in January 2015. It also describes fundamental differences in the employee’s rights and duty, as well as new requirements for public services such as education, tender and promise. The main aim of this paper is to conclusively describe the shift from private to public law. |
