| Description | Author in his paper deals with the issue of initiation of disciplinary proceedings under the Civil Service Law. This law contains only minor regulation; this may cause in practice interpretation problems. The author identifies problematic questions, from the theoretical and practical point of view, and followed by author’s own suggestions or recommendations for orderly procedure. The paper mentions not only the basic relationship between the Civil Service Law and Administrative Procedure Code, but also to further procedural code - Code of Criminal Procedure. |
