| Description | Methodics is developed for the needs of the Office for the Protection of Competition, through which it can effectively detect the existence of bid rigging in tenders in passenger rail transport (in general in public tenders in any other industry). The methodology includes qualitative and quantitative tools that can be used to detect the presence of bid rigging in these proceedings, stating what types of data and information necessary for their use. |
