Description Paper submitted herein concerns with missions of Czech politicians, coming from the Czech Lands of Habsburg Monarchy, who tried to mediate between Serbia and the Austro-Hungarian Empire during the strained period of Balkan Wars. Controversies between both Monarchy and Serbia, especially concerning the access to the Adriatic Sea at Albanian sea coast at that time threatened to spill over in armed conflict. Both member of Moravian State Diet and Members of Austrian Parliament (M. P.) prof. Josef Redlich of German origin, as well as the most influential Czech politician of that time Karl Kramář continued negotiations with Serbian government and P.M., N. Pašić. Both above mentioned representatives realized the necessity of a Serbian port situated on Adriatic Sea, however, they were not capable to draw Serbian and Austrian standpoints near. The most comprehensive offer for having negotiations was submitted to Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs by Nikola Pašić thru mediation of M.P., T. G. Masaryk. Masaryk used to engage in Serbian affair earlier already, having a high reputation in Serbia. Author hereof informs on Serbian offers based on unknown up till now Minutes of Meeting managed and set forth by L. Berchtold as found by the author hereof. Serbia offered an exchange of Adriatic port with the Most Favoured Nation Clause, a possibility utilizing the Serbian Railways and to build new ones. N. Pašić intended to inform L. Berchtold personally on any and all above topics. However, Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs condemned aforesaid Serbian offer, despite the protests of influential political circles (Minister of Finance and Bosnia and Herzegovina governor, Leon Biliński, and others). Also mission executed by Pašić taking place at the beginning of OCT 1913 was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, after the bad success of Masaryk's mediation and personal meeting held between N. Pašić and L. Berchtold, the way leading to war confrontation has been opened already.
