| Description | The author indicates that the Law, which should be a codified minimum of morals, has, with the support of secular power, established business, political and military subjectivity. By doing so it has de facto recognized the artificial subjectivity of the cultural system yet it stubbornly refuses to recognize the Culture-superior subjectivity of the Earth. The legal act of acknowledging the anti-natural subjectivity of the Culture has significantly weakened the process of shaping environmental ethics and morals. |
