Description | Normative theory of law, created by significant Czech legal theorist František Weyr, strived to create a genuine scientific theory of law by applying the normative methodology of legal cognition, the core of which was Kant´s and Schopenhauer´s critical idealism strictly distinguishing normative cognition from causal cognition. The basis of Weyr's theory of law was formally logical construction of legal norm and critical analysis of the conceptual apparatus of science of law. |
