| Description | The aim of this paper is to determine and examine the competency of managers in the process of solving crisis situations in different organizations. The survey was carried out between January 2015 and May 2015 in the Czech Republic. The paper concludes with proposed recommendations that could be beneficial for managers in the process of solving crisis situations not only in the Czech Republic. |
