Description | Textbooks of medical Latin often offer simplifying categorisation of suffixes, according to which adjectives ending in -ideus/-idalis, should refer to the similarity with material object. Nevertheless this motivation is present only in some terms naming anatomical structures. Paper offers the summary and categorisation of those adjectives in order to offer effective tool for student who is only becoming familiar with anatomy. |
