| Description | A contribution evaluates changes of the landscape and arrangement of its elements in the cadastral area of Vlcnov. This village is known as a cultural as well as a typically agricultural region of south-eastern Slovacko. Changes of the landscape are analyzed with the help of GIS, old topographical maps and aerial photographs of medium scale. Vectorization of land use is done in seven time levels and classified into categories, which are then quantified and transferred into a spreadsheet or graphical format. |
