| Description | Modern waste management is an activity directly related to environmental protection. The waste management plan is one of the sub-types of regulation of pollution sources in the municipality. Its aim is to create conditions for waste prevention and its management. Do contemporary municipal waste management plans meet their environmental role? Do they not just map the problems, but find the actual conceptual solutions? The contribution ana-lyzes the current legal regulation of this institute, points out its shortcomings, the work of implementation in practice, and tries to suggest possible solutions. |
