Description Executive directors´ duplicated signatures on contracts have become an everyday practice.A typical example is a loan agreement. One person appears in two different roles - it could be a part of the business corporation director or loan recipient or he could perform an individual guarantor. The same model can be imagined even by exposing drafts. An executive director signs a bill as a promisor. He also connects its own signature and coaccept the bill as an individual. Although it is a common situation, a possible conflict of interests of corporations and directors and risksof another bill (an abstractness of exchange liability, regress of an aval towards an obligor, opposite positions of parties) remains out of the spotlight. The bill may be used as an instrument to escort money from business corporations.
