Description The paper focuses on the one of the most significant Slovak politician and statesman of the 20 th century – Milan Hodža (1878–1944). The main aim of this paper is to introduce Hodža's conception of Slavonic cultural cooperation that is propagated in 1920s and 1930s by his lectures and articles and which is based on two mainstays – distinctive nationalism of Central European men and agrarian character of Central European men.
