| Description | Knowledge of international procedural law, methods of dispute resolutions and its legal regulation is nawadays necessary of every lawyer and economist. This publication was produced at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University as educational support for students in specialized bachelor programs. The aim of this publication is not to analyze in detail the area of international procedural law. Its aim is to explain the basic concepts related to this issue and explain some ohenomena that are inherent in this field. The publication focuses on three areas, so-called alternative dispute resolution; resolving disputes with an international element in front of national courts; and arbitration. In every chapter the most important legal sources and the relationships between them are analyzed. This analysis is based on practical examples. |
