Description From the days when the state has begun to authoritatively interfere in labor relations between employees and employers, the nature of these relationships begun to change, alongside with the increasing government regulation, which has been initially considered as purely private. Gradually, labor law got right on the border between the private and the public law. In totalitarian regimes, the government has always vehemently sought to suppress the private element of labor law in favor of state regulation. The period of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia (1939 – 1945) has not been an exception.
