| Description | Betablockers are a heterogenic group of drugs with hemodynamic and antiarhytmic effect. The negative effects are metabolic. Betablockers have an important role in the treatment of heart failure and many arrhythmias. They are frequently discussed in patients with secondary prevention after myocardial infarction. Also in this field we shall reccomed the treatment with betblockers. |
