| Description | The paper focuses on indeterminate use of the notions used by legislator as can be found in Firedrich Waismann’s philosophy. In spite of the fact that the term „open texture“ was made popular in legal philosophy by Herbert L. A. Hart, it is important to remind differences to the Waismann’s concept. The aim of the paper is to point out the differences of indeterminate use of the (legal) notions and especially difference in meaning of the open texture. |
